The world of electric shavers has seen a ongoing revolution of product design and Panasonic leads the way. This Panasonic has a pivoting triple-blade head made up of two foils and a center slit blade. (Foils are those long, thin metal covers with holes. They're folded over the blades, and when stubble enters a hole, the blades lop it off). All three heads 'float,' or move up and down or back and forth as you shave. Why is this important?
